Because if I do, regardless of the lack of subtitles, I will then go and drop the $1500+ AUD on a Blu-Ray player, and then cry myself to sleep every night after my car and all my possessions are repossessed - yet will still hug said box set constantly to my chest through all the hard times and somehow consider it a fair exchange.
