A Brief Update
Wednesday 12 May 2004
It’s been quite a while hasn’t it… Easter has come and gone, as, indeed, has April and the majority of what was left my my first semester of the year of Uni. It’s drawing closer to exam time now, I’m starting to see the introductory butterfly motions, and the usual sea of procrastination is starting to feel the gravity of the bookshelf, the internet and the dvd collection.
Still… now worries, eh?
Life. Yes. Life. Let’s see… highlights… I’ve played cards, watched movies, read books, been visiting, seen family, listened to music, gone to Uni, eaten chocolate… yep. Lots of stuff.
What’s that? Specifics? Oh, come on. I’m making the effort here to post, and you want me to be detailed?
Hmm. Maybe. Let’s see how this goes. :)
I made one once/twice a year visit to church in the past month, and was reminded why I don’t go anymore - apart from the non Christian thing. It’s been a long time since I’ve attended church and listened to the sermon - and even though I was there as a gesture towards family unity, I paid fairly close attention, as otherwise I would have probably been bored out of my skull. :)
Well, in order that I don’t start another religious debate (without a bit more forethought and caffeine, unlike last time) I’ll just say that I saw once again why blind faith doesn’t do it for me.
And now, even though I just said I was going to continue, I’m going to stop until I have time to unscatter my brain - and am back on my Mac, where I can use a proper client for this. Say tomorrow or Friday at the latest, where I will regale you all with the latest headlines from the world of Ben. :)
Hasta luego…
