Well now. I’m back on my standard computer again… and it’s nice to know that my external modem does in fact like working on weekends. 47 hours and counting. If only it’d do it all the time. Sigh.

Anyway, I thought I might regale you all with a bit more of my life. Stop now if you don’t care. ^_^

Last night (Saturday) work (being Woolworths) held a pseudo Christmas in July party. That is, the checkout staff, supervisors and a few others felt like going bowling and getting smashed. So, on the whole, that’s what took place. We went to a new bowling alley near Albion Park where we whiled away a few hours. Being a teetotaller, I found it amusing to watch drunk people bowling. If you ever get the opportunity, try it sometime. It’s hilarious. ^^ I also had the chance to “interact” a bit more with a few of the girls who work on the service desk with me. True, not much tangible came out of the evening (unless we count hugs, in which case I’m bloody rich ~^) but I had a lot of fun flirting and chatting, as well as bowling and playing pool. Good night, overall.

Incidentally, her name’s Michelle. I think she might be worth pursuing a bit more. ^_^

Today went kinda… OK. I played a bit of Warcraft III (which I finally have, yay!) and continued in my campaign of slaughtering the living. Fun. Then I went to work. Sigh. Variety tidy/face up… with noone in last night. Man, did it suck. Ah well, 3 hours done and my pay nicely topped up. It’s all good. ^_^

As to tomorrow, I’ve decided that STAT is the most boring thing ever. Really. Ever.

Ah well. that’s life. I’ll post again tomorrow night.. tiredness is creeping up on me at the moment. In the meantime, here’s a cartoon I just saw. It’s precious, really, it is. :-D
